Hatha Yoga means the union of the sun (Ha) and the moon (Tha), two opposing energies that seek to find balance within you. It’s a calm and mindful practice where we combine physical postures, deep breathing, and moments of relaxation to reconnect with your body and quiet your mind.
Here, your flexibility or previous experience doesn’t matter — what matters is that you come to move, to breathe, and to dedicate some time just for yourself.
In our Hatha Yoga classes in Barcelona, we work through each posture slowly and with care, respecting your pace, so you can feel the benefits from within: more strength, greater flexibility, and a much calmer mind.
Every person is different — and at our yoga studio in Barcelona, we truly understand that. We offer Hatha Yoga classes at various levels to match your experience and physical condition.
If you’re a beginner, we’ll help you build a solid foundation, focusing on essential postures and breathing techniques. For intermediate and advanced levels, we go deeper into technique, concentration, and expanding your personal practice.
Our schedule is flexible and varied, making it easy to fit yoga into your personal or work life.
Each class has a maximum of 3 students, which makes our sessions truly special.
Join my Hatha Yoga community and let’s transform together as one, inspiring health and connection.
You’ll learn to better manage the tensions and emotions that build up throughout your day, finding in each class a real space to release and recharge your energy.
Little by little, you’ll feel your body becoming more agile, freer, and less stiff. We work on each posture in a safe way to naturally increase your range of motion.
Hatha Yoga not only increases flexibility, it also tones. You’ll activate deep muscles we often forget about, improving your strength, balance, and body stability.
By consciously aligning your body, we correct poor posture and help prevent common aches such as lower back pain, neck tension, or joint discomfort.
Through conscious breathing and meditative practice, Hatha Yoga clears the mind of external “noise,” helping you think with more clarity and presence.
Beyond the physical, the practice strengthens your inner connection, enhancing your creativity, calm, and overall sense of well-being in daily life.

We offer various pricing options to suit different needs. For example, private classes are priced at €120, the monthly pass is €99, and there’s a 4-class package available. We offer both in-person classes in Barcelona and online sessions, so you can choose the format that best fits your lifestyle.
